BizACT has shed the old fashioned requirement that everything needs to be in one place or a physical central head quarters must exist.  BizACT is proud to be a company in the USA that is virtualized to such a high extent.  Because of the very nature of the business, we no longer have the need for a physical centralized location.  We are able to have new people trained, and operate from their Virtual Office (telecommute).  This is achieved by having all our computers, servers, data, robots, etc. within the very same collocation facilities that we provide services out of, and coupling that with the same broadband or dedicated communication services we provide.  This one achievement by itself has given us a significant cost advantage, and has actually made things more efficient.

Collocation Customers, please call the private numbers that have been given to you for immediate support.  If you do not have any of the private numbers given to you, please call Sales immediately.

Note that support listens to Sales voice messages on regular intervals after Sales office hours.

 

Help with using the Control Panels:

Control Panel Help is built directly into the hosting control panels right where you need it while you are using it, and are accessed by a simple click of a button.  Both help documents, and how to steps, and video tutorials can be accessed immediately when you need the help.  You can refer to the help document that is relevant to the feature you are using while logged into the hosting control panel.  Simply log-in with your site Administrator username (hosting control panel username or cpanel username), and then either click on the Help link on the page, or the special Help on the top right corner of the page, or an icon that says video tutorial.  The Help on the top right corner of each page brings up help information for the specific page you are on.

Net-Admin is only available for communication with email or mail.  Sales can assist with any immediate communication to Net-Admin.

Regarding Mailing or Delivery of items.

Any server, or equipment should be sent directly to the collocation facility you are collocating in.  Please contact Sales for proper address of your facility.

Any miscellaneous mailings should be sent to the P.O. Box of Sales shown above.   Please do NOT require signatures when sending items, since persons getting mail are not authorized to sign, and post office lines are too long to wait through, and your mailing could get returned before an authorized person can be sent to the post office.  If you want proof of delivery, then you need to purchase Delivery Confirmation from the post office, and that does not require a signature, but provides proof of delivery.
